Engaged: Courtney + Chuck - Lafayette Square, St. Louis, MO

Courtney and Chuck met me down at Lafayette Square for their engagement session. We had a fantastic time!!! I think Lafayette Square is THE place to go for a romantic evening out. I'd say it's one of the top places to go for a date.....what with all of the restaurants there all within a few blocks of each other.

This was our first time to meet in person

and I felt like I was meeting two old friends to just hang out.

My fav! Absolutely Gorgeous!!!!!

Courtney and Chuk are getting married here in St. Louis but they don't live here so we had to make sure to get something that was specific to St. Louis.


I love this series. Chuck picked her up and spun her around (by my crazy request). I love Courtney's response!

Married: Rachel + Jeff - Hearth Room in Webster Groves

Rachel + Jeff had such an intimate, romantic wedding.

I LOVE when my couples do a First Look. A First Look is when the bride and groom agree to see each other BEFORE the ceremony. I think it's pretty awesome. They get some quiet time together when they can share a few moments without the hustle and bustle.....and it's just them. A chance to relax and take a deep breath between the craziness of wedding day activity and refocus back on the importance of this moment. I think it's pretty special.



Rachel and Jeff thought this would be the perfect time to exchange their wedding gifts for each other too.





The ceremony was outside. The weather was gorgeous!


Their daughter Ellenore. She practically stole the show....she was just sooo adorable.


I think Ellie was pretty happy with the whole event.

What a handsome group of guys!Here's another great idea . . . the guys wore suits instead of tuxes (and they get to keep the suits).


I LOVED her hair. It fit her style and personality PERFECTLY!!!!


Rachel has an amazing smile...it's very bright and infectious. You see her smile and it wants to make you smile.

I was blown away by the fact that Rachel MADE her own wedding cake.





Since they had a dessert reception, there was a cheesecake for each of the tables. These served as the centerpieces. And get this....she MADE ALL of the cheesecakes.

Engaged: Stephanie + Ryan, New Town St. Charles

Stephanie + Ryan are getting married in a few months.
They are super adorable.

We met in New Town St. Charles to do their session. It was the most beautiful day!

This is definitely a favorite. I love this field of yellow flowers. Makes you want to just lay down and watch the clouds float by.
