Married: Katie + Greg - St. Ambrose Church and St. Louis Zoo Reception

Katie has amazing eyes. Greg thinks so. And so do I.

Katie and Greg were married on a sunny, beautiful day in May. The weather could not have been more perfect if it had been ordered that way. They were surrounded by friends and family. Here are a few of my favorites from their day.














Their wedding party was a crazy fun group.


We decided to take pictures at Lafayette Square Park instead of Forest Park (even though Forest Park was were we needed to be for the reception) because it was just crazy busy that day at Forest Park. The nice weather brought out hundreds of people to the park. We could barely move in traffic. I think Lafayette Square Park was a very good choice.







Kate choose a lovely dress. One of my favorites I've seen this year. Classic and very elegant I think.



Her mom and sister helped her get ready.


And her daughter, Amelia, was on hand to gaze adoringly at her beautiful mom.


Mom, was there to make sure Katie's veil was just perfect. And it was....just perfect!





I love the look Dad gives Katie as he walks her down the aisle.





Greg listens very attentively to the admonition to love and cherish his wife.


Quite GRAND, wouldn't you say?

There was a gap of time between the ceremony and reception, so Katie and Greg thought it was a great idea for everyone to go across the street to hang out at a St. Louis landmark, Milo's Tavern & Bocce Garden on the Hill.
